Tenants Respond to IPNTA Survey

Thanks to 459 tenants -- more than a third of all IPN residents -- who responded to our anonymous, confidential survey, we have a good statistical database of just who we are, in terms of income, rent payments, decisions about purchasing apartments, household composition, and other facts. This information will be presented to our attorneys and consultants as hard backup evidence for our struggle to keep our homes affordable. We're hesitant to release the data publicly; it's never a good idea to show your hand before you're at the table.

What we can say is that the survey shows that IPNTA's potential strategy of buying our apartments, in a non-eviction proceeding, has a tremendous mandate among tenants.
